Repairs & Anybody Else Here on deviantART?

     After a very long dry spell of not feeling even remotely creative, I finally made something one late night of extreme boredom (thank god for Photoshop and the boyfriend for keeping me entertained). DIY Facial Scrub!

    Don’t have cash to buy those fancy face scrubs? Have no fear! Ms. Cheapskate is here!

    Ok. I’m not really a cheapskate per se, I just spent P2k+ on these products alone, but it’s nice to have another (cheaper) alternative to pricey beauty products especially if you somehow find yourself broke and payday is just too darn far away.

    So what ingredients make up this DIY facial scrub? Read on to find out! Don’t I sound so enthusiastic with all these exclamation points?!!!!!

Monsters vs. Aliens!

    After the success of Dreamworks’ Kung Fu Panda comes yet another interesting-looking title. The video above is a leaked trailer of  Monsters vs. Aliens which will debut on March 27, 2009.

PS3 Slims Down (soon?)

    When I first read about the PS3 Slim in T3 magazine’s April issue, I automatically dismissed it as a joke. No way could Sony come out with an anorexic version of their latest system so soon. And, come on, why announce supposedly groundbreaking news in April? So I waited for the next issue to come out, expecting the T3 guys to reveal their “clever” April Fool’s Joke, but to my surprise, they didn’t mention squat. I still refused to believe it was true. If Kotaku, EGM, and Games Radar (whose opinions I hold in high regard) didn’t mention anything about it, why would T3? On top of that, Sony didn’t even announce anything about slimming down the system on the recently concluded E3.

    In comes the latest issue of T3 and this time they’re saying that the PS3 Slim will be debuting in 6 months. Really, now? Again, T3 is the only one making such claims. They supposedly got their info from an insider who was present at the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) where he/she heard that Sony will be coming out with a slimmer version of the PS3 unit. The image above was put together by T3’s art department 

     While I don’t doubt that the PS3 will eventually slim down, I really don’t think that it would do so this soon. And if it does, I’ll eat my pants.
