Skinfood Wild Berry Morning Cream (and Peach Sake Mask Sheet)
Thursday, August 28, 2008
I realize I didn’t update on my trip to Skinfood (as you recall in my last post, they had a 50% discount on selected items). I totally forgot to buy lip balm, but I did stock up on Mushroom BB Cream. This time I bought shade #2 and found that it’s a much better match for my skin (it’s a bit darker than shade #1). It wasn’t on sale though. Poo.
What I got on sale was Skinfood’s Wild Berry Morning Cream. It originally costs P800+ and I got it for only half the price. I’ve been on the hunt for a face moisturizer because I have combination skin: oily in some areas while dry in others. This particular cream is touted as both a morning cream and makeup base.
Multi function in one product. Make-up base & Nutritive cream - Red and fresh raspberry extract that gives elasticity and vitality to the skin as well as the special pearl powder for healthier beautiful glow.
It has a sweet fruity scent and I was advised to put it in the refrigerator for best results. Because of the pearl powder, I was a tad bit worried that I might end up looking too “sparkly” but it turned out that the shimmer was quite subtle if you didn’t put too much. And, really, as with most Skin Food products, a little bit goes a looong, looong way. Also, it’s other function is being a makeup base so, naturally, it goes under your makeup. So a sparkly glittery face shouldn’t be a cause for worry. I use it under my BB cream but it also works really well under powder (as testified by my mother).
This cream is uber moisturizing and leaves your skin feeling really, really, soft and smooth. I absolutely love it and recommend it to those who are looking for a multi function cream/make up base to use in the morning.

Now Accepting Art Commissions!
Tuesday, August 26, 2008Since I’ve got my Paypal up and running I can finally accept international orders. I’ve had several requests in the past but I unfortunately had to turn them down because I had no means to get paid at that time (I have Xoom but their fees are too high). So yeah, please click “more” to see details on how to commission me for artwork!
UnionBank: YOU SUCK!
Monday, August 25, 2008An e-mail I sent to UnionBank’s Customer Service:
Do I have to try getting through to UnionBank Customer Service for ANOTHER month before I can actually get some help? I’ve been e-mailing for the past few days and trying to reach a customer service representative on your hotline for MORE THAN A MONTH. Do you only have 2 call center agents working there? Or maybe you only have one? Or maybe you have several, but they just don’t answer calls or e-mails? I suppose I shouldn’t expect a reply to this e-mail either.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen. I have waited that long. I tried staying on the line when they said that all their agents are busy (doing who knows what) for 20-30 mins with that annoying orchestral music blaring in my ear but did anyone pick up the phone? NO! The only time I got through to them was when I activated my credit card. After all that’s done, however, they just leave you to the dogs to fend for yourself.
And want to know what’s even better? Check out their customer service section on their site:
AAAAAARRRRRGGGHHHH! Looks like I’ll just have to haul my fat ass to the nearest UnionBank branch to complain.
School Girl for Sale!

Drew this last night on paper. Inked and colored it digitally on Photoshop 7 today. Worked on it pretty fast if I do say so myself.
This school girl can be yours if you purchase it on this site. You could use it for myspace/friendster/facebook comments, web design, e-mail stationary, etc.
What? You didn’t think I was actually selling a real school girl, did you? You sick, sad, man. Animal. Thing.
